Wholesale Dito Store uses exactly two cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Google AdSense, DoubleClick, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
1. _wds_consent - Consent cookie (strictly necessary)
This cookie records your choice when you accept or reject the analytics cookie. It contains the value yes or no. It contains no personal information.
- Purpose: Remember your consent choice so the banner does not appear on every page.
- Duration: 180 days if accepted, 7 days if rejected. After 7 days, we ask again.
- Type: First-party. Strictly necessary. Does not require consent.
2. _wds_aid - Analytics ID (requires consent)
If you accept, this cookie stores a random 64-character string. It is used to count unique visitors and to link pageviews to the same anonymous visitor across sessions. It contains no name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifier. It is not shared with any third party.
- Purpose: Measure site traffic. Count unique visitors, sessions, pageviews, and time on page.
- Duration: 365 days from the moment you accept.
- Type: First-party. Requires consent. Not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
What We Record
When the analytics cookie is active, we record the following information about each visit:
- The anonymous cookie ID
- The page you visited and its title
- The page you came from (referrer), when the browser provides it
- Time on page and the time of the visit
- Your IP address, used to resolve city-level geography
- Your browser, operating system, and device type
- Traffic source tags present in the URL (for example
utm_source)
We do not record your name, email, phone number, or any other directly identifying information. We do not sell or share this data with advertisers or data brokers.
Your Choice
On your first visit, a banner appears at the bottom of the page asking you to accept or reject the analytics cookie. If you reject, the analytics cookie is never set and no tracking occurs.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing the _wds_consent cookie in your browser. On your next page load, the banner will appear again.

Disabling cookies will not break the site. The only effect is that we cannot measure how many people visit or which pages they read. All product, pricing, and procurement features work regardless of your choice.
Account and Login Cookies
If you login to your account, the login system uses session cookies to keep you signed in. These cookies are set only after you log in, and they are cleared when you log out. They are strictly necessary for account functionality and do not require consent.
Third-Party Cookies
Wholesale Dito Store does not embed third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not use Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Facebook Pixel, or any equivalent service. When you visit this site, no cookie is set by any domain other than wholesaledito.store.
Data Retention
Analytics records are kept in our own database. Aggregate daily summaries are kept indefinitely. Detailed pageview records are retained for 180 days and then deleted. Visit records (one row per session) are kept longer because they are small and used for long-term trend analysis.
Legal Basis
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) and, for visitors from the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process analytics data on the basis of your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing the consent cookie.
