This Privacy Policy describes how Clickerwayne Zelle Solutions Inc ("we", "us", "our"), operating Wholesale Dito Store, collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit wholesaledito.store or use our services.

We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and, for visitors from the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising networks. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

What Information We Collect

We collect two categories of information: information you give us, and information recorded automatically when you visit.

Information you provide

You provide information when you register an account, submit a Request for Quotation, place an order, contact customer support, or sign up for a newsletter. This information may include:

  • Name and job title
  • Company name and business address
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Billing and shipping addresses
  • Order and RFQ details
  • Payment terms and method preferences (we do not store card numbers or bank credentials)

You provide this information voluntarily. If you do not provide it, we cannot process your order, RFQ, or account registration.

Information recorded automatically

If you accept the analytics consent banner, we record the following information on each visit:

  • An anonymous 64-character cookie ID (_wds_aid)
  • Page URL, page title, and referrer
  • Time on each page and the timestamp of the visit
  • IP address (used to resolve city-level geography)
  • User agent string (browser, operating system, device type)
  • Traffic source tags present in the URL (for example utm_source, srsltid)

This information is anonymous. It is not linked to your account, your name, your email, or your order history. If you reject the consent banner, none of this is collected.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Process RFQs and provide quotations
  • Fulfill orders and coordinate delivery
  • Send order confirmations, invoices, and service notifications
  • Respond to support requests
  • Send marketing emails if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations
  • Prevent fraud and secure our systems

We use the anonymous analytics data to:

  • Count unique visitors and sessions
  • Understand which pages and products attract interest
  • Identify which cities and regions send visitors
  • Improve site performance and content

Analytics data is reviewed in aggregate to understand site usage. It is not linked to individual accounts and is not used for automated decision-making. Client Verification

Wholesale Dito Store serves business clients. To maintain the integrity of our supply chain and to protect our clients, we verify the business details provided when an account is opened, when an RFQ is submitted, or when an order is placed.

Verification may include confirming the company name, business address, email domain, and contact details against public sources or by direct contact.

If the information cannot be verified, we may request additional details, decline the inquiry, or suspend the account.

Verification is conducted by our staff. We do not use automated systems to make decisions about whether to accept an inquiry, decline an order, or suspend an account.

Will Your Information Be Shared?

We share personal information only in these specific cases:

  • Payment and settlement. When you place an order, we share what is necessary with banks, payment providers, and our settlement partners to process payment.
  • Shipping and delivery. When your order ships, we share the delivery name, address, and phone number with the courier.
  • Legal compliance. We disclose information when required by law, court order, or regulatory request.
  • Business transfers. If the company is acquired or merged, customer data may transfer to the successor entity under the same privacy terms.

We do not share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics data (the anonymous cookie ID, page URLs, city, device) is stored on our own servers and is never shared with third parties.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use exactly two first-party cookies:

  • _wds_consent - stores your accept or reject choice for the analytics cookie. Strictly necessary. Does not require consent. Expires in 180 days if accepted, 7 days if rejected.
  • _wds_aid - an anonymous 64-character analytics identifier. Set only if you accept. Expires in 365 days. Contains no personal information.

We also use session cookies for account login when you sign in. These are cleared when you log out.

We do not use Google Analytics, Google AdSense, DoubleClick, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party analytics or advertising service.

Third-Party Services

Our site loads no third-party scripts. All JavaScript, CSS, and images are served from wholesaledito.store. No external fonts, no CDN, no tracking pixels.

If you click an external link (for example, a courier tracking page), that site has its own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not control. Review the policies of any external site you visit.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:

  • Account information. Kept while your account is active and for 12 months after closure, then deleted.
  • Order records. Kept for 10 years as required by Philippine tax and accounting law.
  • RFQ records. Kept for 24 months, then deleted.
  • Support tickets. Kept for 24 months, then deleted.
  • Verification records. Kept for 24 months, then deleted. Includes notes on what was checked and the outcome.
  • Analytics visits (anonymous). Kept indefinitely. Contains no personal information.
  • Analytics pageviews (anonymous). Kept for 180 days, then deleted. Daily aggregates are kept indefinitely.
  • Consent records. Kept for the life of the consent cookie (180 days for accept, 7 days for reject).

When a retention period ends, we delete the data or anonymize it.

How We Protect Your Information

We use HTTPS for all traffic. All account passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel and protected by two-factor authentication. All payment data is handled by our bank and payment partners; we do not store card numbers or bank credentials.

No system is perfectly secure. If you become aware of a security issue, contact us immediately at customercare@wholesaledito.com.

Information From Minors

Wholesale Dito Store is a B2B platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.

Your Privacy Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act and, for EEA residents, the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Be informed about how we process your personal information
  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct any inaccurate personal information
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Object to or restrict processing in certain cases
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
  • Data portability, where technically feasible
  • Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (Philippines) or your local supervisory authority (EEA)

To change or delete your account information, log in and use your account settings. To unsubscribe from marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.

To withdraw analytics consent, clear the _wds_consent cookie in your browser. The consent banner will appear on your next visit.

Do Not Track

Most browsers offer a Do Not Track (DNT) setting. No common standard exists for how websites should respond to DNT signals. We do not respond to DNT signals because our analytics already require explicit consent. If you reject consent, no tracking occurs regardless of your DNT setting.

California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you specific rights. Our position under CCPA:

  • Categories of personal information collected: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), commercial information (order history), and professional information (company name, job title).
  • Categories NOT collected: biometric information, geolocation beyond city level, audio/visual recordings, education records.
  • Sale of personal information: We do not sell personal information.
  • Sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising: We do not engage in this.

You have the right to request access to your personal information, request deletion, and request that we not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Contact our DPO at customercare@wholesaledito.com to exercise these rights. We respond within 45 days.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization.

Updates to This Policy

We update this Privacy Policy when our practices change or when required by law. The "last updated" date at the bottom of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
